And it's true, while Lauren Tom and Pamela Adlon give out very good performances and Rippen can be a frightening villain, it's not enough to save it to the end, the cinematography's horrible, the characters are unlikable except for Penn and the show is very mean spirited, this could have been a great cartoon if the show didn't rely on Penn getting tormented and I mean it.
